1. Use of the platform
Nordrive AS ("we", "us") operates a marketplace connecting buyers with private sellers and partner dealerships. By using nordrive.net, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You may register a Customer account for free. To list cars privately, you must upgrade to a Seller account by paying a one-time 299 NOK fee, granting 3 listing slots.
3. Partner accounts
Partners (registered dealerships) operate under a separate agreement and pay a monthly subscription. Refer to your partner contract for specifics.
4. Listings
You are responsible for the accuracy of every listing you create. Misrepresenting a vehicle's condition, mileage, or ownership status is grounds for immediate removal.
5. Payments
Listing fees are non-refundable except where required by Norwegian consumer law. Payments are processed via Stripe.
6. Liability
Nordrive is not party to any vehicle sale. Disputes between buyer and seller are between those parties. We help mediate where reasonable.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Sunnmøre tingrett.
